Question: How do I download your games?

Question: Do you have Windows versions of your games?

No. All of my games are Macintosh only.

Question: Do your games work on Mac OS X?

Yes. All of my games include native support for Mac OS X. However, they will also work on Mac OS 8.6 or higher.

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Check/Money orders.

Question: What do I get when I order?

You will be sent a license code that will enable all of the features of the game that you ordered. The game itself can be downloaded from my download page. If you need any help downloading any of my games or entering your license code then please contact me.

Question: Do you distribute your games on CD-ROM?

All of my games are distributed electronically over the Internet. This allows players to get my games faster and makes updating to newer versions quick and easy. However, I do also offer a CD-ROM option for an additional shipping and handling charge.

Question: I lost my license code. How do I get a new one?

Simply contact me for a free replacement.

Question: Will my license code work with future versions?

Yes. If for some reason it does not work with a future version then contact me for a free replacement.

Question: I'm trying to play your games on Mac OS 8/9, but they crash every time I try to start them.

You need to update your copy of CarbonLib. CarbonLib is a free software library from Apple. Visit the Apple support page and search for "CarbonLib". Downloading and installing the newest version should solve the problem.

Question: How do I play the additional layouts in Mahjong Palace? When I choose "Browse Layouts" from the File menu I only see the default layout.

The additional layouts are stored in the Mahjong Palace Layouts folder. The Mahjong Palace application must be stored in the same folder as the Mahjong Palace Layouts folder. If they are not in the same location then the game will not be able to see the additional layouts. If you misplaced or deleted the layouts folder then just download the full Mahjong Palace package again from my download page.

Question: Why do the games seem repetitive in Deluxe Blackjack?

The cards are always dealt in the same order in the trial version. They will become random once your license code has been entered.
